Viniyoga for Health & Healing
Classes are small and individuals will learn how to adapt the practices to make them comfortable and effective for their health condition. The Viniyoga approach is therapeutic and breath-focused and is appropriate for people of all ages and abilities, including beginners. The class format will include a check-in, movement and breathing practices and a guided relaxation practice. Participants will learn tools to release tension, increase flexibility and core strength, improve posture and balance and relax the mind and the body. Leave yoga class refreshed and energized for the rest of your day. Beginners welcome!

Therapeutic Chair Yoga
Description:Therapeutic Chair Yoga can provide many benefits for chronic health conditions such as cancer, osteoarthritis, diabetes, anxiety, depression, fibromyalgia, hypertension, MS, COPD, rheumatoid arthritis, GERD, and chronic back pain just to name a few. Join us for this class and learn gentle yoga postures, relaxation techniques and breathing practices to help with the management of your condition, reduce symptoms, improve sleep, restore balance and improve your attitude and overall quality of life. The class will be tailored to meet the unique needs of the class participants. $50 for 6 classes or $43 for seniors ages 65 and over (6 classes to be used in 12 weeks)
